Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for the company's overseas energy storage business, covering long-term business development plans and short-term operational objectives.
2. Analyze global energy storage market trends, coordinate regional market strategies, identify business opportunities and risks, and optimize overall market positioning.
3. Coordinate cross-departmental resources to drive the promotion and implementation of products and services in overseas markets, ensuring sales targets are met.
4. Oversee and guide the business execution of overseas sales teams, including target setting, team management, performance evaluation, and resource allocation, ensuring coordinated regional business development.
5. Drive company brand building and enhance market influence, optimizing products and services to meet global customer needs.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher; preference for majors in New Energy, Electrical Engineering, Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
2. At least 10 years of experience in the new energy photovoltaic industry or related fields, with a minimum of 5 years in overseas marketing management.
3. Strong capabilities in global market analysis, strategic planning, cross-regional coordination, and team leadership. Proficient in English as a working language.
4. High-level strategic thinking, cross-cultural communication skills, business negotiation expertise, and brand management experience.
