esponsibilities:

1. Manage overseas customer quotations, coordinate with departments to ensure accuracy and market competitiveness, and maintain relevant documentation.

2. Lead the approval and execution of overseas commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies, laws, regulations, and industry standards, while monitoring project progress and quality.

3. Establish and maintain a customer information database, optimize customer relationship management processes via CRM, and regularly update customer records and feedback.

4. Oversee international bidding and EPC project management, organize the preparation, submission, and tracking of bid documents, ensuring professionalism and completeness.

5. Conduct international market research and analysis, gather industry trends, competitor insights, and customer needs, and optimize quotation strategies and contract templates to support business decisions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher; preference for majors in Marketing, Electrical Engineering, International Trade, Business Management, or related fields.

2. 8+ years of commercial experience, with at least 5 years focused on international market commercial management, including overseas business expansion and cooperation experience.

3. Successful international bidding experience; preference for those involved in full-cycle overseas EPC project management.

4. Fluent English, excellent cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills, strong sense of responsibility, resilience, and teamwork spirit.
