Overseas Technical Support Director

Job Responsibilities:

1. Plan and manage the overseas pre-sales technical support team, actively build and empower the team in line with company overseas business development plans, creating an efficient and professional support team.

2. Lead the team in completing overseas pre-sales tasks, conduct in-depth demand research, guide pre-sales solution development, participate in market promotion, interface with key clients, interpret RFQs/RFPs, ensure solution quality, and contribute to sales target achievement.

3. Manage customer demand clarification and exploration, maintain in-depth communication with clients, coordinate internal resources, ensure accurate demand transmission, optimize demand management processes, and guarantee smooth project progress.

4. Oversee the development of product training materials, ensuring content timeliness. Organize regular professional training to promote knowledge sharing.

5. Lead the collection of industry information, analyze market and competitor data, and provide insights for product planning and competitive strategies to enhance market competitiveness.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher; preference for majors in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or New Energy. 8+ years of new energy technical support experience, with at least 2 years in managing overseas pre-sales technical support teams.

2. Proficient in technologies and solutions for large-scale energy storage, commercial & industrial storage, residential storage, microgrids, mobile energy storage, and data center storage, with strong technical background and practical skills.

3. Fluent in Chinese and English, skilled in business negotiations, able to explain technical solutions and address technical queries in English. Willingness to travel frequently for overseas business.

4. Excellent problem-solving and project lifecycle management skills, capable of quickly responding to emergencies. Self-driven, detail-oriented, and responsible.

5. Strong communication and coordination skills, able to integrate and mobilize cross-departmental resources. Keen business sense, able to accurately grasp customer needs and maintain relationships.
