Overseas Technical Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Support overseas pre-sales activities, including demand research and analysis, solution development, pre-sales support, and market promotion.

2. Interface with overseas clients for pre-sales technical discussions, accurately interpret RFQs/RFPs, design and write energy storage system solutions, provide technical clarifications, and assist sales in securing orders.

3. Clarify project requirements, maintain real-time technical communication with clients, and liaise with internal departments to ensure completeness and accuracy of technical needs.

4. Develop foreign language training materials for target market products and conduct regular product training for sales teams and clients.

5. Collect and study industry information (market data, trends, competitor analysis), provide valuable insights and decision-making references for product prospects, trends, and applications to enhance market competitiveness.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher; preference for majors in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or New Energy. 3+ years of technical support experience in the new energy industry.

2. Proficient in Chinese and English, capable of fluent business negotiations. Second language (German, Japanese, Russian) is a plus. Willingness to travel overseas.

3. Excellent problem-solving skills and high work efficiency, self-driven, proactive, detail-oriented, patient, and responsible.

4. Strong communication and coordination skills, keen business awareness, ability to respond quickly to customer needs, and a good service mindset.
