Job Responsibilities:

1. Establish and improve the project management system, develop project management policies, processes, and standards, and promote project management standardization.

2. Track the delivery process of signed overseas energy storage projects, form delivery project teams, and ensure timely, quantitative, and qualitative product delivery.

3. Monitor overseas product certification efforts to ensure timely completion and acquisition of planned certifications.

4. Manage existing overseas pre-sales support projects, regularly summarize and report progress.

5. Maintain close collaboration with project stakeholders, oversee and monitor the entire project delivery process, mitigate risks, and effectively improve project outcomes.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, English as a working language. 3+ years of project management experience; overseas project experience preferred.

2. Strong project risk management awareness, ability to identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies, with interpersonal and leadership skills.

3. Excellent summarization and reporting abilities, proficient in using office software.

4. Strong negotiation skills, effective internal/external communication for projects, and ability to achieve goals through negotiation techniques.

5. Proficient documentation writing, business analysis, and organizational implementation skills, able to coordinate internal and external team resources effectively.
